Just in case you don't know, I have some secret helpers who help me keep the restaurant turning without me having to be there all the time. The biggest help is my mom and sister. My mom manages the kitchen while my sister runs the front. They help me to have a semi life as well as pursue some other projects.
Not only are they a huge help and you can always ask them anything. If you have any problems, we are here to help you.
