This Christmas falls on the perfect day. Tuesday. That means two days in a row for me and my staff to have off to spend with their family and friends. Yes, we will be closed the 24th and 25th. Also on the 31st, New Years Eve. The staff really needs to rest up for the busy year ahead. Crawfish is back, Lent and Mardi Gras is coming!
This year's holidays won't be as festive as previous ones. My son will be in Austin this Christmas, so instead of just staying home these holidays, I wanted to go out and help, do some community service.
